We’re
looking for a Prestige Account Manager to grow Spirit Cartel’s presence across
high-profile hotels, restaurants, bars and members’ clubs. This role is focused
on the premium and luxury end of the market, ensuring our portfolio is
represented in the venues that define industry standards and trends.
This isn’t just about selling — it’s
about making our brands unmissable in the trade. From securing house pours and
cocktail listings to delivering impactful activations, you’ll play a key role
in elevating both visibility and reputation across the prestige on-trade.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for growing distribution and driving visibility for our
core portfolio of premium and luxury spirits, including Four Roses Bourbon,
Tito’s Vodka, 818 Tequila, Clase Azul Tequila, and more. This is a hands-on,
entrepreneurial and highly relationship-led role, focused on identifying
commercially rewarding opportunities and delivering sustainable growth.
Working in a dynamic, target-driven
environment, you’ll seek out profitable direct and third-party listing
opportunities within high-profile outlets. As a key ambassador for Spirit
Cartel, you’ll build credibility with decision-makers and bartenders, ensuring
our brands are both visible and actively championed.
Along the way, you’ll deliver training,
shape cocktail menus, and execute activations that drive awareness, engagement,
and volume.
What you’ll be doing
- Winning pouring
agreements, cocktail listings, and premium back-bar placements across key
outlets - Driving sales and
hitting targets by securing commercially viable, brand-appropriate listings - Pitching Spirit
Cartel brands with confidence, credibility, and strong commercial understanding - Identifying
high-profile venues and unlocking opportunities aligned with premium brand
positioning - Building strong,
lasting relationships with decision-makers, bartenders, and bar managers - Becoming a trusted
voice in the trade, spotting new openings, staff moves, and emerging
opportunities - Working with
wholesalers to build brand advocacy and strengthen execution within their teams - Running
high-quality brand activations and events that reinforce premium positioning - Delivering engaging
brand training and supporting cocktail menu development - Managing and
implementing commercial agreements with clear ROI and long-term value - Feeding back market
insight, trends, and competitor activity to keep the business ahead
About you
You’ll likely be:
- Well-connected
within the premium on-trade, with strong knowledge of high-end venues - Experienced in
spirits or premium/luxury brand environments - Commercially sharp,
with a solid understanding of P&L, ROI, and sustainable growth - Confident and
credible, with the ability to influence knowledgeable and demanding customers - An outstanding
communicator, equally comfortable behind the bar or presenting to stakeholders - A self-starter who
thrives on autonomy but contributes effectively within a team - Sales-driven, with
a genuine passion for premium spirits, cocktails, and hospitality - Proactive,
flexible, and always ready to seize new opportunities
Working Pattern
This is not a 9-to-5 desk job. You’ll be customer-facing, in trade, and working
the hours that matter to your accounts. You will manage relationships, deliver
activations, and host events while embracing an entrepreneurial approach.
