Seven Tails XO is a unique elixir comprised of cognac, armagnac and brandies from the southwest of France, ranging in age from 3 to 30 years, artfully blended to create a product that is bigger than the sum of its parts. The aged, more sophisticated brandies add body and structure and the younger eaux de vie offer a freshness and vibrancy perfect for mixing in cocktails.
Tasting Notes:
Racy notes of fresh grape, dark chocolate and sandalwood are framed by rich berry fruit in this brandy’s beguiling nose. The palate carries refined flavours of toasted pecan, marzipan, vanilla cake and a hint of savoury mushroom broth.
