Unlike most other distillers in the world, we can produce both malt and grain in one single distillery. FUJI GOTEMBA Distillery uses multiple techniques in producing their whiskies: Malt Whisky using traditional Pot Stills. Canadian style uses a kettle still in a batch process creating a rich profile. Scotch style using five different column stills, with continuous distillation, makes a lighter style. For this specific expression, several barrels were used for ageing: American White Oak , Bourbon , Beer, Aged and New This is a heavy Bourbon style whisky using beer column and doubler stills, with high rye content in the mash bills. This is a beautiful expression of malt whisky. Enjoy matured and refined complex character of malt whiskies crafted by unique natural resources.
