Produced entirely from malted barley at Fuji Gotemba Distillery. Distilled using a combination of pot still styles to create layered complexity, then matured in a mix of American oak, ex-bourbon and other select casks. The high-altitude climate near Mount Fuji contributes to a balanced maturation process with distinct seasonal influence.

LOOKS: Deep amber
NOSE: Ripe orchard fruits, honey, toasted nuts and gentle spice
TASTE: Rich malt sweetness, dried fruit, oak spice and subtle smoke. Long, elegant finish with warming spice.
