Made from 100 % Blue Weber agave, harvested by hand in Jalisco.Roasted slowly at low pressure (~0.8 psi) before sugar extraction via traditional roller‑mill miel method—no diffusers or additives. Fermentation is all‑natural, no heat acceleration or additives; operations—from agave fields through bottling—are vertically integrated under master distiller Don Manolo at Hacienda Casa Macías (NOM 1621).
