Since the birth of Spirited Union back in 2017 we’ve made it part of our mission to take only what is necessary and to give back by supporting environmental and social impact projects through the Bonsucro organization. In 2023 we’ve joined the 1% for the planet club and we’re donating at least 1% of our revenue of our Good Spiced rum to reforesting of the amazon by supporting impact project in the region through the 1% for the planet organization. Good Spiced rum is a delicately spiced botanical rum with rich complexity from our barrel aged vanilla pods. This is a blend of 2 to 3 Year old rums from Nicaragua, and 0-5 year old rums from Trinidad. Produced in Column still, Molasses & Juice based. Using botanicals like barrel-aged Uganda Vanilla, infused with a mix of warm spice.
Tasting Notes:
NOSE: Delicate fruity molasses with the complexity of cask aged rum.
TASTE: Indulging vanilla with subtle sweet notes of warm spice in the finish.
FINISH: Subtle taste of fruity molasses, with hints of Uganda vanilla and warming sweet spice.
