CONNACHT WHISKEY
Connacht is the first Irish whiskey to be distilled in Mayo in over 150 years. This Single Malt Irish Whiskey Batch 1 is the first whiskey fully produced onsite at their own distillery in Ballina. Crafted from 100% Irish malted barley, and double distilled in bespoke copper pot stills, it has been aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in sherry casks, patiently maturing for four years until the distillers judged it to be ready for appreciation by whiskey lovers.
