It has been aged 6 to 8 months in American Oak barrels that have been used for over 20 years in Cascahuín.
Tasting Notes:
LOOKS: Yellow and gold. Natural color obtained by the barrel.
NOSE: Cooked agave, honey and vanilla scents. It has very peculiar essences to dry land.
TASTE: A balanced drink that denotes flavors of sweet cooked agave and wood (American Oak). An excellent combination that provides a silky aftertaste.
