818 Tequila is named after the San Fernando Valley area code in Los Angeles, a place that’s close to founder Kendall Jenner’s heart. This Blanco Tequila is made from 100% agave that’s allowed to grow for at least seven years. The agave hearts are treated to a long fermentation, and pot distilled before being rested briefly in oak barrels for some creamy vanilla notes. This is one of the only B Corp Certified tequilas on the market.
Tasting Notes:
NOSE: Lemongrass, mild floral elements, chamomile and light minerality.
TASTE: Sweet agave and vanilla, with undertones of tropical and citrus fruit.
BODY & COLOR: Brilliant platinum, light body.
FINISH: Ultra smooth with a bright and crispy finish, notes of almond, key lime pie, and toasted coconut.
