We are currently seeking a confident and commercially minded Key Account Manager to focus on growing the distribution of core Spirit Cartel brands within the Midlands region. You will need the experience, determination and dedication to identify and win volumes through group accounts (from regional to national), independent retailers and wholesalers in order to deliver budgeted sales growth.

You will be a key player who focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with decision makers in our current and potential customer base; through organising meetings, creating innovative and engaging events to build brand awareness and delivering training sessions. We are a progressive spirits distributor with a family-company background, and we are determined to share with others our passion for high-quality brands. Each of our brands we represent have been specially chosen and we are looking for someone who can communicate this passion to others.

You will be confident in your ability to persuade, sell and inspire and you will have a strong network within the UK drinks market in the on and off trade. You will be a self-starter who wants to be part of our close-knit team but thrives from developing and delivering ambitious business plans. This role requires becoming a spirit-geek. Our team is built of unique individuals all with different passions in life, but with one shared trait – we are all fascinated by spirits. We want to know everything there is to know about our spirit brands and we are looking for someone who shares this. You may not be a spirit-geek already, but if you have the nerd-gene within you and feel you fit all of the other criteria then we want to hear from you.

This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. We are looking for someone flexible to work the hours necessary to fulfil the requirements of this role. In addition, you must be willing to travel locally and nationally if required.
