We are Spirit Cartel, the AWARD-WINNING IWSC DISTRIBUTOR OF THE YEAR and we are GROWING. We are a rogue drinks distributor committed to placing some of the world’s best spirits within bars, clubs, restaurants, wholesales, hotels and speakeasies. We are a tight knit bunch of hoods hell-bent on importing, flogging and drinking the best spirits from around the world and we have big ambitions to break traditions and set new records. Are you our new passionate and enthusiastic Account Manager who will be responsible for growing our account base in the regions of Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds?
Within this position you will help grow distribution of all core Spirit Cartel Brands. It is a key role and will suit somebody with the determination and dedication to deliver budgeted sales growth and volumes and gain listings for core brands within both on and off trade accounts. You will be focused on developing and maintaining customer relationships, through customer meetings, organising innovative and engaging events to build brand awareness and training sessions.
We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the UK spirits market and trends in the on and off trade. Ideally you will have some existing key relationships with customers and brilliant knowledge of potential customers within your region. You will have the ability to build a development plan for the region, identifying trade marketing opportunities and the know-how to convert these into sales. Most importantly you will have the ability to sell! We are a close-knit team and you will need to be a key team player committed to helping grow the Spirit Cartel name.
This role requires being a spirit-geek. We would not worry if you do not currently have the required knowledge but you must hold the passion to learn! Our team is built of unique individuals all with different passions in life, but with one shared trait – we are all fascinated by spirits. We want to know everything there is to know about our spirit brands and we are looking for someone who shares this enthusiasm. You may not be a spirit-geek already, but if you have the nerd-gene within you and feel you fit all other criteria, then we want to hear from you!
This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. We are looking for someone flexible to work the hours necessary to fulfil the requirements of this role. In addition, you must be willing to travel locally and nationally if required.
