The whole Spirit Cartel team visited the distillery in Leicester and all tried their hand at making world-class gin. Master distiller Jamie Baxter was forced to try all seven of our creations and afterwards just said “well three of them taste like gin”. Our activity kicked off with a humdinger of a London event, Letters Live. Burleigh’s was not only the house pour at the incredible Union Chapel venue over the weekend, but provided gorgeous cocktails in the green room for a host of celebrities including Michael Palin, Colin Firth, Mark Strong and Simon Callow.
